The PowerStep PULSE Plus Met full-length running insoles provide matching support and shock protection to the well-known PULSE Performance version, but also include a formed metatarsal pad to address metatarsalgia, Morton's Neuroma, and forefoot ball problems. These PULSE Plus Met running insoles feature a unique construction with an embedded neutral orthotic arch and heel pocket that secures the foot and ensures proper positioning. This foot control combined with two-stage precision cushioning captures impact at ground contact to reduce pressure on your feet, legs, joints, and ligaments.
